Temps are in demand!

Employers are now hiring temps not only to cover maternity and sickness but also to play a vital role in improving the productivity and effectiveness of their businesses.

Attitudes have definitely changed towards temporary staff over the years and job seekers can now gain valuable experience through temping, while still benefiting from good rates of pay, and other benefits normally associated with permanent jobs.
