Bookkeeper/Office Administrator (part time)

Our Client is looking for a confident self starter to provide office assistance.

Duties include:-

Telephone answering, database and lead maintenance, social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Face Book), lead generation and file setup.

Day to day bookkeeping for various business entities, raising sales invoices, posting transactions, making payments, recording receipts and transfers, reconciling bank accounts, foreign exchange and statement transactions, updating ledger entries and assisting the company accountant.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years experience of working in a fiduciary environment, use of Quick Books and must be fully MS Excel/Word competent and have company formation experience.

The role provides flexible working hours including school hours and would be great for someone looking for a good work/life balance.
