Jon Morley, Managing Director MCIPD

Jon was born on the Isle of Man and educated at King Williams College and Northumbria University. 

With over 20 years of proven expertise in recruitment and human resources management on the Isle of Man, Jon brings a wealth of experience in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams across diverse industries.

Jon has successfully partnered with both local and international businesses to deliver tailored Recruitment & HR solutions that support organisational growth, while maintaining compliance with Isle of Man employment legislation and best practice standards.

Throughout his career, Jon has led end-to-end recruitment strategies, from talent acquisition and executive search, through to workforce planning and employer branding.

His approach combines professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of the Isle of Man employment landscape, allowing him to offer pragmatic solutions that align people strategies with business objectives, on a totally confidential basis.

Cathy is a highly experienced Chartered HR Director providing outsourced HR solutions to businesses across the Isle of Man.
