Location: Isle of Man
The role will involve:
Taking responsibility for the bookkeeping and financial reporting for client entities.
Carrying out the instructions of the clients in relation to maintaining their portfolio.
Providing adhoc reporting as required including cash and liquidity analysis in preparation for client investment opportunities.
Dealing with requests from clients and financial intermediaries.
Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts and related tax returns
The candidate will be:
Qualified or part qualified or qualified by experience book-keeper, typically CAT/AAT qualified or similar.
Keen to get involved in running their own accounting jobs.
Have enough self-discipline to be able to work on their own initiative with guidance from their line manager.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounting role. Preferably within the CSP / TSP environment.
Good bookkeeping skills.
Studying towards or holding appropriate accounting qualification.
The successful candidate will be capable of understanding and accounting for transactions, and processing day to day transactions.
Excellent communication skills and client management.

Remuneration etc:
Salary will be dependent on relevant experience with a guide of £20K to £35K, 20 days leave, hours of work 9am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch), all IOM public holidays, group pension, BUPA and life insurance scheme upon completion of probation.
