Location: Isle of Man
The role will involve:
Day to day administration of client entities, including payment instructions, minutes, resolutions, statutory filings, completion of annual returns and dealing with the day to day transactions, activity and requirements of the client.
Opening of both bank and investment accounts.
Liaising directly with clients and financial intermediaries in relation to maintaining their portfolios, etc.
Property purchases, sale, and management acting on behalf of the client structures.
New client take-on, incorporation and acquisitions of companies, and transfers.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 3 to 5 years previous experience in an administration role within the CSP / TSP environment.
Knowledge of Viewpoint (preferable) and current KYC regulations (essential).
The successful candidate must have proven experience in the administration of companies and trust structures.
The candidate must have good client management skills, able to take responsibility for their own workload, therefore must be self-disciplined and able to work on their own initiative with guidance from their line manager.
Possibly part qualified or qualified by experience e.g. ICSA/STEP
Excellent communication skills.

Remuneration etc:
Salary will be dependent on relevant experience with a guide of £20K to £35K, 20 days leave, hours of work 9am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch), all IOM public holidays, group pension, BUPA and life insurance scheme upon completion of probation.
