Accuracy Role Purpose
To assist with the on-boarding of new clients including full compliance with customer due diligence requirements.
Provides excellent customer service to all customers.
Key Accountabilities
Supports the Operations Manager as necessary within the Company.
Liaise with both the Investment Management and Dealing teams to ensure there is open communication throughout all processes.
Manages their day to day workloads as defined by the Operations Manager, ensuring accurate records are maintained at all times and work is completed in a timely manner.
To ensure that all various company and regulatory procedures and controls are adhered to at all times.
Provides quality customer services, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Assistance with the completion of the quarter end reporting processes.
Continuously review processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the department.
