Investment Dealing Officer

We currently have both a permanent position within our Investment Department.

Reporting to the Dealing Manager, this position is primarily responsible for inputting dealing instructions in line with dealing procedures and to provide a pro-active, customer focused service to internal and external customers.

The main duties are to:-

• Process dealing instructions for our personalised and pooled portfolios, in accordance with our set procedures.

• Ensure all deals are input to the system timely and accurately.

• Working closely with custodian’s, and Fund Managers to ensure all deals placed will deal and settle correctly.

• Deal with Client/IFA queries relating to the trade placement process within agreed service standards.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ dealing experience within an Investment environment preferably within the Life Assurance industry. 

We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn, be part of a busy team together and the ability to process large volumes of work to a high level of accuracy.
You should be familiar with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
