Senior/Trust & Company Administrator
We have a vacancy for an experienced Corporate & Trust Administrator to join our small
team and to assist in maintaining a portfolio of Companies and Trusts.
The primary function of this role will be to provide transactional services to clients in a
timely manner and ensure all work is performed in accordance with our procedures. The
role will involve regular direct client contact.
Duties will include but not limited to; banking administration, payments, bank account
opening, preparation of reports, keeping clients informed of their transactions,
maintenance of client files, preparation and posting of sales invoices, arranging signatures
on agreements.
The successful candidate will have all of the following attributes:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional and responsible attitude to client confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
• Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of banking systems would be an advantage.
• Is keen to undertake ICSA or STEP studies.
• Company Secretarial experience will be a distinct advantage.
