Customer Service Administrator

Location: Isle of Man

An experienced senior team member required to join the Customer Services team of an International Wealth Platform company, reporting to the Customer Services Manager.


The role would suit a high performing customer services orientated individual in a risk related position, with an in-depth understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements and have the ability to appropriately correspondence with clients.

The main duties for the role holder will include:
• Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing control purposes.
• Ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines & procedures.
• Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information
• Client set up on Customer Relations Management system and Wealth Platform
• Data capture and recording management information data
• Support the department with project work to ensure a consistently high level of service is provided

To ensure that this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:


• A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a new business role within Investments or Life Assurance.
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to deliver against deadlines
• Ability to deliver accuracy and quality performance
• Strong attention to detail skills
• The ability to think from a customer’s perspective
• Relationship and stakeholder management skills
• 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) grade C or above including  English and Maths
• Familiar with Microsoft Office

We are looking for someone with a proven track record having a strong knowledge of Customer Due Diligence requirements in line with the Isle Of Man Financial Services Authority AML/CFT requirements and Guidance for Investment Business.
