Games Compliance Analyst

Key Requirements:

 

•             Law degree or related degree (essential).

•             Paralegal /Internal Audit Certification (desirable).

•             1-3 Years in Compliance related role.

•             1 + Years relevant Audit Experience (Advantageous)

•             3+ Years in Operations (Advantageous)

•             Administration/Co-ordination experience.

•             Compliance Reporting experience.

•             Risk Management experience.

•             Legislative/ Standards Requirements Analysis and implementation.

•             Training.

•             Internal / External Audit.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•Ensure BU Compliance is defined, implemented, and improved.
•Assist Shared Services Compliance Officers & BUCO’s to define, implement and improve shared or BU specific Compliance frameworks, policies/controls, processes, and standards for remote offices.
•Assisting to define scope of audit/tests for BU as required (if applicable).
•Ensure the compliance roadmap is communicated to remote offices.
•Ensure remote offices have access to a central and up to date repository for all required Compliance documentation.
•Ensure remote offices are aware of compliance requirements.
•Ensure compliance requirements (packs) are assigned/analysed (if applicable).
•Engage BU Resources or assist BUCO to complete requirements analysis and/or delivery.
•Act as a point of contact for Game Technology issues.
•Office compliance and any issues and queries raised and/or assist to direct queries to relevant share service Compliance Officer /BUCO for input feedback.  
•Assist Compliance team to ensure training and communications on all required components of compliance for remote offices.
•Provide expertise on regulated markets and compliance to assist with any queries or issues arising in the technical teams.
•Implement Continuous Improvement for remote offices based on audits, risk reviews, opted for best practices and compliance metrics.
•Recommend adequate capacity, skills, and knowledge (expertise) within the Game Technology remit to meet compliance requirements.
•Co-ordinate conduct and/or participate in Audits (internal and external).
•Identify, address, and communicate BU Compliance risks and metrics.
•Work with the Risk officer to identify, evaluate, mitigate, monitor, and report on remote office risks, including corrective/preventive actions.
•Identify and provide Remote office Compliance metrics and corrective actions.
•Escalate risks where required.
•Understand audit roadmap and assist with audit preparations.
•Work through workbook provided by Auditor with CO to ensure correct ownership allocated for audit.
•Communicate audit requirements to stakeholders and ensure required process followed for securing audit resources.
•Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that environment for Audit is prepared and working as required.
•Prepare and produce audit documentation and reports for agreed BU’s (central repository & tracking) and/or coordinate resources to aid with creating documentary evidence for External Audits.
•Allocate ownership for required audit documentation signoff and ensure signoff.
•Report on status of all Audits, risks and follow up on corrective preventive actions
