Main Purpose
• To be responsible for overseeing the Group’s compliance with regulatory requirements including those relating to money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism
• To act as the Group’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), providing risk assessment and maintenance of comprehensive policies and procedures
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide support to the compliance & risk function by working to ensure that the group of companies and client companies are compliant with the regulatory requirements of the IOM, Malta & Monaco
• Provide written compliance & risk reports for the quarterly board meetings
• Carry out compliance monitoring of adherence to regulation & procedures
• Complete client & business risk assessments
• Maintenance of compliance registers
• Maintenance of compliance manuals
• Submission of periodic reports, regulatory returns & approved persons documentation
• Review & collation of client due diligence
• Oversight of business procedures & controls
• AML, CFT & Financial Crime Training & Compliance program
• Business Continuity Plan review(s)
• Data Protection oversight
• Ongoing & future compliance projects in line with the business objectives
• Assisting & mentoring the DMLRO as & when required
This role can either be part time or full time.

Qualifications
& Experience
Essential
• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above
• ICA Diploma level in compliance or equivalent
• Anti-Money Laundering qualification(s)
• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the CSP environment
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional environment
• An enthusiastic team player with good research and administrative skills, superb attention to detail.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt
