Fund Administrator 12 month contract

Job Type: Contract

Location: Isle of Man

This is a 12 months contract based in Castletown. 

This position is primarily responsible for the following tasks;

Fund Administration

• Settlement of all trades
• Dividends and Corporate Actions
• Stock Reconciliations
• Administration of the company’s Externally Managed client portfolios
• Dealing with internal and external queries
• Dealing with internal & external Auditors

The following criteria is essential;

• A proven attention to detail in completion of all tasks
• Good analytical/numeracy skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good planning and organisational skills
• A Maths related degree or 2 A Levels including Maths, or two years’ experience working in a similar role within the Life Insurance Industry & GCSE Maths (Grades A-C)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel

A basic understanding of Investments would be desirable.
