Statutory Administrator

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Isle of Man

Job Summary  As a Statutory Administrator you will provide administration assistance and dedicated support to the Statutory and Administration department.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• General corporate statutory administration, including statutory changes and filings
• Producing minutes and resolutions
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of the Statutory Department projects
• Liaising directly with clients

Reporting To Managers

Qualifications Required 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above

Experience

• At least 2 years in a TCSP environment in a similar role
• Microsoft Office
• CCH, Laserfiche and VIewPoint would be an advantage but not essential

Training External and internal training will be provided and encouraged

Skills

• Attention to detail
• Understanding of statutory and regulatory framework
• Understanding of anti-money laundering and other compliance legislation
• Able to work on their own initiative
• Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
