Creative Advertising Executive

As Creative Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development of creative advertising campaigns that effectively promote client products or services, in addition to identifying and planning suitable advertising opportunities to maximise client investment.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and copywriting, to create, deliver and manage compelling and impactful advertising materials.

You will play a crucial role in the design, planning, negotiation, and acquisition of advertising space across various media channels to maximise the reach and impact of client marketing campaigns. This role involves analysing audience demographics, identifying optimal media platforms, and negotiating favourable deals with publishers or media outlets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of current advertising trends.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive media plans that outline the most effective channels for reaching the target audience.
• Develop and manage client advertising budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise the impact of campaigns.
• Provide clear creative direction to designers, copywriters, and other resources to ensure cohesive and
on-brand client messaging across all advertising channels.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify relevant media channels and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour.
• Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, publishers, and advertising platforms.
• Negotiate favourable terms, including pricing, placement, and added value opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize client ROI.
• Work closely with client representatives to track progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimisation based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign goals.


Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative advertising campaigns that align with client identity and marketing objectives.
• Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they meet quality standards and resonate with the target audience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in media buying, preferably in an advertising agency or a marketing department.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms, media planning tools, and industry-standard software.
• Proven experience in a creative role within advertising or marketing.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in industry-standard creative software and tools.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
