This varied and interesting opportunity is with a local superyacht client and is a full time permanent appointment – that will require occasional travel to the Jersey office.
Responsibilities include:
To work closely and as part of the crew services team, reporting into our Crew Services Director.
Assisting the 10 crew services staff & their Superyacht Captains in switching over operations from the current Cello crew management software to the new Cello Plus crew management software (no IT or software experience required here) which in turn will assist in streamlining our operations to allow business growth
Assisting with insurance and FX projects and converting crew services clients over to our corporate management services division.

These ongoing projects require a very personable approach with our crew and clients, and the individual will be rewarded contractually with a generous percentage of the revenue converted.
This role would be ideal for a personable hard working team player who can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects.
Salary circa £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
